Those are the cross-compilers for the SH4 and ARM7 respectively - they're only used for building the test cases. If you want them you'll need to build them yourself as far as I know - there's some generic instructions at , but ignore everything about newlib (and leave off the --with-newlib and --without-headers for the gcc configure). The targets are sh-elf and arm-elf (you'll need to do this twice, once for each target). I use gcc 3.4 as I know it works, but other versions may be ok as well.
