Hi P@S@f,
I've pushed a small makefile fix (the intermediate dependencies didn't have $(EXEEXT) on them), but windows isn't really a supported platform (ie if you can get it to work, great, but I don't test on it). You'll probably need to configure with --disable-shared as well to turn off the plugin support.
